Rage regen not showed correct

Thanks for the report and the screenshot, it helped! The line you circled isn't the rage regen. "Rage Regen (Basic ATK)" is how much rage Greed gets per basic attack, which in the game is a plain number, and the site was wrongly showing it with a % sign. That's fixed for the next site update. His actual rage regen is the line right above it, "Rage Regen": 177% for Greed. That's the value the optimizer uses for the "Faster skills" goal: skill frequency = (1 + rage regen) × attacks per second, which is the "Skill frequency" row at the top of the comparison. You can also see his rage regen on his page in Heroes. In your screenshot the best build came out the same as his current gear, so all the changes are 0. That just means that for faster skills his current gear is already the best the optimizer found. If you lock a different build or change the goal, the numbers in that table will move.
