Max BP?
ОшибкаГотовоОптимизаторDiscord
So I thought to check if can optimize by top5 BP for GvG, and here is what I have manually picked. However when I build same team in optimizer with Max power setting it gives way less on each. Do I use tool wrong or something is missing?

Thanks — you're using it right; this is a bug on our side. In Team mode the "Optimize for" selector currently changes the goal of the hero picked in One-hero mode, not the team, so each member was still optimized for its own saved goal (damage/balance — that's why you see +200–280% DPS with lower survivability). Workaround until the fix: switch to One hero, set "Max power" for each of the 5 heroes, then go back to Team. We'll make the team selector apply to the whole team in the next update.
Tried to pick from proposed builds for each hero, still doesnt have lets say 124k for Beelzebub, but there are some higher than I could pick for otehr heroes, yet they use same gear for different heroes. Doesnt look too efficient if doing like this, since its basically same as I do manually in game when checking every possible item for any BP increase. So biggest benefit in this tool for this particular purpose is coordination of gear used for best profit for the team overall and each hero in particular. Like same gear on Iovar can give +1500, while on Nastya its + 500, so no point using on Nastya. Not quite sure sometimes why its like this (when its not exclusive etc, like some heroes benefit from specific traits more than otehrs), and might involve deeper in-game mechanics to figure this.
So for max BP we dont really care about skill bonus unless it gives higher overall number, can be broken sets, anything. Dont need survivability or damage on its own too as long as it doesnt give bigger number.
Update: fixed for the next site update (v142). (1) Team mode «Optimize for» now applies to the whole team. (2) Our power estimate was missing two game details — the extra bonus on an item's main stat (e.g. ATK 66% → 70.6%) and talent upgrades from owning other heroes — now it matches the in-game BP exactly. (3) With «Max power» the optimizer now also picks artifacts, and shares them across the team without repeats; «Equip in game» moves them too. On your account the team comes out ~597.5k vs your manual 587.3k. Why the same item gives Iovar +1500 and Nastya +500: every hero has its own power coefficient per stat, % stats scale with the hero's base stats, and the total is multiplied by the hero's skill power multiplier. After the update please sync once so the new data is read. Tip: for the biggest team total, untick «Nobody worse than worn».
Thanks! Will test later today
v142 is live now (with app 0.64). In Team mode «Optimize for» → «Max power» applies to the whole team, the power estimate matches the in-game BP, and artifacts are picked for max power too. Please sync once from the app (the new numbers need fresh data) and try again. If a hero still comes out below what you picked by hand, post the hero and both numbers here and we'll look.
