Recast

Yes, it's informational: Wardsage can't pick the item for you in the game. It tells you which item and roughly where to find it. If it's worn (the "Worn" filter), the card says which hero has it, so open that hero and go to Forge → Recast from there. If it's free, the card shows the set, slot, level and current substats, so in Forge → Recast you can sort or filter by that set and slot and match the substats; the "for Fighter" line is just the class it fits best. You're not missing a button. I'll look at making free items easier to match, for example by showing the item's exact name and level more prominently.
