Thanks for the report and the screenshots, they made it easy to find. It's a bug in the app: heroes you've never levelled or equipped are kept by the game in a short form, and the app wrongly skipped them. That's why the site shows 326 of your 531 heroes, and Xena, Malrik and Twinfiend are among the skipped ones. It's fixed in the next app version (it updates by itself). After that update, just sync once and they'll show up.
How about adding tier score from other sites (like fastidious or prospector) to the list ?
The fix is out in app 0.62 (it updates by itself): heroes you have never levelled or equipped now reach the site. After the update, just sync once and Xena, Malrik, Twinfiend and the rest should show up. About tier scores from other sites: noted as an idea, thanks! Marking this one as done.
