Please clarify whether the extractor is open with administrator rights.
Tried again: Closed game Closed Launcher Closed Realmforge Started Realmforge Started Launcher Started Game It didn't prompt to run as administrator, so I repeated the steps and this time I right clicked the realmforge icon and said Run as administrator Then started launcher started game Still doesn't see it running.

Thanks for the detailed report! Found it: your game build is named differently («Watcher of Realms - US»), and the app was looking for the game by its exact name only. Fixed in 1.6.46. The app updates itself within ~5 minutes while it's open, or you can re-download it from the site. Please press Sync again. If it still fails, send me the realmforge.log (the LOG button): it now lists what the app sees.
