Exclusive and class artifacts

Proposes to equip on heroes who cant wear it. I realize artifact section is still under development, just FYI. Also doesnt prioritize maxed exclusive which is probably not good, not sure about it though, since setting is for max BP.

Thanks for the report! Fixed: with «Max power», the optimizer now only picks artifacts the hero can actually wear (class artifacts for their class, an exclusive only for its own hero). The fix ships with the next site update. About the maxed exclusive: with «Max power» the pick is the artifact that gives the most BP. A maxed exclusive is the pick whenever it gives the most, and now it is only compared against artifacts the hero can really wear.
