Terms of Use

These terms describe how you may use wardsage.com and the Wardsage PC app. We have tried to keep them short and clear.

1. General

1.1Wardsage is a free, unofficial fan project for Watcher of Realms players. It consists of the wardsage.com website, the Wardsage app for Windows and our Discord server (together, the “service”).
1.2By using the service you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1.3You must be at least 13 to use the service. If the law of your country requires a parent’s or guardian’s consent, get it first.
1.4We may update these terms. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page, and we announce notable changes on the site or on Discord. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

2.1Watcher of Realms, its names, heroes, art, texts and other game materials belong to Moonton and its licensors.
2.2Wardsage is not affiliated with, endorsed or supported by Moonton or the game’s developers. We do not present ourselves as an official game service.
2.3We show game materials only so it is clear which heroes, items and modes are meant. We do not sell them or pass them on.
2.4If you are a rights holder and want us to remove or change any material, write to contact@wardsage.com. We will reply and act on any reasonable request as quickly as we can.

3.1The site shows your game account data, scores gear, builds sets, helps you plan and lets you talk to other players.
3.2Hints, scores and builds are estimates based on your account data and our models. They do not guarantee any result in the game, and the decision is always yours.
3.3The service is in beta. It may have errors, change, be unavailable for a while or stop. We try to avoid this but cannot promise it.
3.4All features of the site are currently free.

4.1The app reads data of the running game on your computer and sends an account snapshot to the site. It changes nothing in the game, does not modify its files and does not connect to the game’s servers.
4.2The equip helper can click buttons in the game window the way you would with the mouse, and only after you tell it to. Automatic clicking is off by default and can only be turned on by you in the settings.
4.3The app updates itself. Every update is signed, and the app installs only updates carrying our signature.
4.4The app’s code is published so anyone can check what it does. It may not be redistributed, modified or reused in other products: see the license in the repository.

5.1Wardsage is an unofficial helper. The Watcher of Realms terms generally do not provide for third-party software or automation, so whether to use the app is your decision.
5.2The app only reads data and changes nothing in the game, and we know of no account restrictions caused by Wardsage. Still, decisions about accounts are made only by the game’s developer, and we cannot speak for them or influence them.
5.3If you are unsure, you can use the site without the app, for example in demo mode.
5.4If any feature of the app raises questions for the game’s developer, we may change or switch it off.

6.1You can sign in with Google, Discord, Telegram or an e-mail and password. Give accurate details and do not use someone else’s account.
6.2The sync code links the app to your account. Never share it. If others may have seen it, create a new one in the settings.
6.3Upload data from your own game accounts only.
6.4You can delete your account at any time: Settings → “Delete account”. The account and all its data are deleted at once and for good.
6.5We may limit or close an account that breaks these terms or disrupts the service.

7.1Trying to hack or disrupt the service, get around its limits or access other people’s data.
7.2Bulk downloading the site’s data by automated means, reselling it or passing it off as your own.
7.3Pretending to be the Wardsage team, Moonton or another person.
7.4Using the service to sell accounts, in-game goods or boosting services, or for cheats or fraud.

8.1Be respectful on the forum and on Discord: no insults, harassment, spam, advertising or adult content.
8.2Do not post other people’s personal data or material you have no rights to.
8.3We may hide or remove a post, close a topic or restrict forum access if the rules are broken.
8.4Your posts remain yours. By posting you allow us to show them on the site and on our Discord, where the forum is mirrored.
8.5Topics marked as private are visible only to their author and the team.

9.1What data we receive, where it is kept and how to delete it is described in the privacy policy.
9.2Some data about other players (for example, the names and power of arena opponents or guild members) is shown by the game itself. We use it only for the service’s features and do not publish it separately.

10.1You can support the project voluntarily on the “Support” page. It is not a purchase: support does not buy in-game items, currency or game access, and the site’s features stay free.
10.2Payments go through third-party services (Ko-fi, Tribute, Boosty, cryptocurrency networks), and their own terms apply to them.
10.3There are no refunds, except where the law requires them.

11.1The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties other than those expressly stated in these terms.
11.2We are not liable for decisions of the game’s developer, in-game losses, decisions made from Wardsage hints, service interruptions or loss of data.
11.3Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country.

12.1You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
12.2We may stop the service or parts of it. If we close the project, we will give notice in advance where possible.
